CSC TRANSFERS : DECEMBER 2011

Hello Caryh please keep me posted if you have any progress in your application. I am from MN as well and my application is still pending. Got my EAD 2/16/2012 and case has been transferred to CSC, no updates ever since! :( This is ridiculous!

We are from Mn aswell we put in our app end of october. The waiting really sux!:wacko:

So you're more than 7months of waiting ever since it has been transferred to CSC huh? I don't like waiting at all. Have you done service request yet?

Where are you from in MN if you dont mind?

Yes over eight months now. I have out in two service requests. From the twin cities.

My card was delivered on Saturday. :) I haven't got it yet because apparently our address change wasn't processed in time and it's at our old house, but A picked it up from there this morning. Still keeping everything crossed for you all!

My card was delivered on Saturday. :) I haven't got it yet because apparently our address change wasn't processed in time and it's at our old house, but A picked it up from there this morning. Still keeping everything crossed for you all!

Congrats and you're lucky. Many people have had the green card return to USCIS when they moved. The post office is not supposed to forward those. You must have family or friends at the old address.

GREEN CARD APPROVED! Only took 8 months and 18 days from mailing in the application. Nice work USCIS!

Thanks! I think it has more to do with the transfer date than the date of original filing, and mine took 2 months to be transferred, so hopefully yours will be quicker.

Just got a text not 5 minutes after my last post that our case status had been updated. WooHoo, we're in card production now!!!! :thumbs:

Ours was transfered within days of Chicago getting the application I realized later, but we didn't get the notice until Dec 16th.

Our lease at our former home isn't up yet and the forwarding date isn't active yet. We moved early because this month is going to be extremely busy for us. Thank you!
