My fiance is in a process of divorce with her ex-husband he married to and when they apply for his green card, the immigration pick him up for fraud entry documents and he was given order of remover.WE are thinking of getting married small time after her get her divorce is finalized and later process my green card and work authorization. I want advice on should we wait a while before we get married and process my paper and if we have to wait, how long did you surgest because we have been together for 7 months now. They already issues his ex work authorization and when they are processing his green card they find out that he came in with fraud documents and all his application was cancelled. I want to know if we can get married few time after her divorce is over because we have to go back to the immigration for my papers too and i don't want the immigration to think it a fraud marriage. Thanks

1. Her divorce is still not finished, so she can't be your "fiance", to be legally clear.

2. Her marriage had problems with immigration already, even if it is not her fault, it is still a big red flag. Don't think you give it some time to cool down then you are gonna be fine. Be ready for a big journey coming.

3. An experienced lawyer is highly recommended.

Good luck.
