Hi everyone this is my story, 7 years agO, I did a K1 visa with my ex boyfriend but I didn't marry him. I went back to Colombia and right now, I've been with my current boyfriend for 4 and a half years and we have an appointment on the 23rd. we are worried that they will deny the visa because this will be my second time taking out this visa.

You should be ok. You didn't marry. And they keep track of multiple K1's but 3 is the magic number that may cause you to get denied...

Did you over-stay your allowed 90 days? If so, potential problems, if not, little or no problems.

You should be fine! The CO might ask you why you didn't marry or if your fiance knows about it but just answer any questions truthfully and you should get your approval :D Good luck!

Says who? Is this an Embassy-specific rule? The beneficiary can be involved in any number of prior K-1; there is no limit, except the Embassy will see this info in their records and may question motives.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
