I came to usa on student visa. I met my fiance when i was living in new york( he is from ohio and he was on bacation in new york). We kept in touch after he back to his home.we call each other everyday. After 6months i got accepted in comunity college in california so i moved there. I thought our relationship will end due to the distance . However, we never gave up.

He bought me ticket to visit him in ohion and i met his familly. I went there for a weekend becoz i didnt wanna miss my classes. In wiinter break, he bought me again ticket to ohio to celebrate chrismas with him where he proposed to me. I was so happy and i felt sooo in love. I went back to my home country before The new year. I told my family the new and i tried to convince them transfer to anothet college in ohio ( they are very serious about my studies).

After a couple weeks i back to california nd talked with my advior about transfering. I applied for the college in ohio and when i got accepted i moved there.

Me and him got an apartment and we planed to get marry soon. Unfortunaly, things didn't turn out as expected . He start yelling at me every time we dispute. He threated me to make ( the lease was on his name) one day he told me he will make deported. Then after every dispute , he apologize and tell me sweet words. Everytme i talk to him about our future wedding he said "we do this in couple weeks. I dnt have money for this"

I feel lost, i live in small town in ohio and i dnt know no one except him and his family. I dnt have a car a taxi or bus where i live. II start my school in 2 weeks

I love him so muchbut i cant trust him , he can use anything to control me

Me i need your advice

Thank u so much

Doesn't sound like a relationship you should continue. Good thing you found out before getting married. Don't try and make this abusive and controlling relationship work. Find a church, or a woman's shelter, or talk to the police, and get out of this situation as soon as possible.

Look for a new college for the summer term, anyone who uses your immigration status as a threat is not being true to you. This term will be over in 3 months, don't allow someone to derail your education

You say school hasn't started yet- you may want to try to move back to the college in California. He cannot threaten your F1 status, and he cannot get you deported.

Exactly. How is he supposed to get you deported if you are on a F1 student visa? I'm puzzled. I also suggest you move back to California and continue your studies there. Good luck!

he cant do anything to you. it seems he knows nothing about immigration and those are pure threats. it doesnt sound like a relationship ending up well. even if you love him you deserve someone who can love you the same and not trying to control your every move.
