The 800 number mentioned is for the USCIS' National Customer Service Center.

I did call NVC tonight to see if they know what is going on. The lady kindly greeted me and was great help. She said they recieved my petition today, and are going to begin preparing to send to embassy.

She gave me a new case number starting with, "BLG......" which I'm assumimg because the embassy we are sending to is Belgrade.

So on the NVC end, everything sounds great.

However this new update was from USCIS. What throws me off is the, "Card/ Document Production" status?? WEIRD!:huh:
