Before attending the medical exam do we need to print out any forms to sign before going to the exam or do they give out forms there? If we need forms what forms are they?

You need to have valid form of ID, passport, and current record of vaccines. If lab work is required before hand make sure you complete it prior to the medical appt. They do all the paperwork.

No. You just need to bring your invitation letter and passport. You might want to take along your DS-260 confirmation page too. Not sure if they look at that at the medical or not. You can bring vaccination records, but they won't look at them. Juarez doesn't deal with vaccinations at all for K-1 applicants.

Just checked, and yes, you will need the invitation letter, passport and the appointment confirmation.

Wonderful, thanks so much for double checking! Do they usually get their medical envelope same day or the following day?

You will go to the clinic very early in the morning and get in line. It fills up fast, so if you don't go early, you might not get seen in time. After the medical that morning, you will be told to return at some time that afternoon when you will pick up the sealed medical results envelope from them which you need to take with you to your interview.

But because Juarez doesn't deal with vaccinations at all for k1 applicants there shouldn't be any charge additional for vaccinations correct?

Nope. They won't give a K-1 vaccinations, so no charge for any.
