I feel ya with the we approved, Case completed we have a Visa ati aint hatin I swear I am happy for them all). But must say lovin how the dates keep going down on the time line. Now says August 2. Hehe today is 76 days. Love it.

So how's everybody doing? Getting everything ready for that next stage, NVC?

i requested my taxes from 3 years, also i got confused as to what to send uscis and hold for the next nvc. but kind of glad i did send everything in, part of this is also the fear of a request for more information and a delay

I'm going to see my wife in July for two weeks. I figure that realistically our NOA2 will be around first week of August, so about two and half months from now. If we can survive until then, then waiting for her visa after that should be doable and then we'll be together forever. But hopefully it's much sooner than that hehehe :)

hopefully it is this wait that is the hardest for all of us, i think once the NOA2 hits everyone will be busy making new documents and that wait is hopefully short, only 3 months until Visa is in hand, makes for a much better wait then OMG when will i get the NOA2 and wait some more for approval. plus for NVC the journey is almost over...I hope someone very soon post they have a NOA2, just for the hope we are all getting near

it will be another month at least because the VSC is now slow. 5 to 6 months on average.

Looking at Igor's chart why is April approvals higher than March? Hmmmm

and I am at that dilemma of wanting this process to hurry and get me to NVC but I am also Jobless. Oh my. Lord please bless me indeed.

But don't you love those adjudication dates just getting closer and closer. I am now at July 30th. Lets see what the month of June brings. I think there will be alot of approvals this month. We are a blessed group. I claim it now for us all. Who's with me!!

I keep checking, too. And I guess I should consider myself a March filer, since even though I sent my I130 packet on 2/28, my NOA1 is dated 3/2. This part is the worst. I went to visit my hubby a few weeks ago, but we're both trying to save money for the move so we can't afford to visit each other now. I think this part of the wait is the worst, not knowing when I'm going to see him again. Hurry up, VSC!

Yes I check everyday for my miracle. Praying I can get over for another visit next month. And praying also for a September interview(or earlier).

Man I spent 6 months last year with husband, but need to get back.

Well here to the wait for us all. March filers rock!
