Well it was guaranteed to be there by noon the next day and it was two days. So refund., Just got t get back to post office and and fill out all their stupid forms. But now I wait for my SMS and email. Trying not to obsess (YET) plenty of time for that. So March filers bare with me.

Like I told my other friends who have been through this or further down the road of their VJ now the petition is filed I am like bored and lost. LOL. And sitting here talking to you all is fun but well I better get a hobby or better . Get a job before AOS time comes. This will be fun.

Hi all! Just thought I would add myself to this topic as we sent our I-130 last week. Unfortunately I think it's been held up in the postal system for some reason - the tracking info says it's been in the Chicago sorting facility since Tuesday, not sure why it hasn't been delivered yet. We sent it from the UK via express mail and it should have been delivered by now! I called the UK postal customer service line and they said they can't actually do anything about it until the package has been MIA for 5 weeks! Haha, I don't have that amount of time or patience!

Sorry, I just needed to vent there... Anyway, hopefully it gets delivered soon! Good luck to all of you for a speedy and painless process!

Hallo hjones, usually if you are sending through EMS, it will take approximately up to 7-10 business day :) ..the US tracking info is kinda late so hopefully they will change the status of your tracking number soon :) ..if the status still the same after 10 days or you can't wait to find out about your package, i think the best way is to contact the USPS costumer service since your package already been in the US .. i will give you the number
