What seems weird is all the Embassies are at a holding pattern it seems. Long as my husband is home for the holidays. I get to be there and bring him home so I am a happy girl.

Okay Jason lead us to the promise land now dear. good.gif

congratulation to all who received their noa2 and even nvc letters. I still am on vacation. 4 long warmest months and still 2 more weeks. with my wife.

didnt check out status all this time coz I always file e-notification form so I was relying on my email but guess what they always mess up my case (they did with my n400 too) no email no text. I checked via case number on august 6th and it said they had approved us on july 12th. panicked i called my neighbor only to find out there is no hard copy. called uscis and the guy real helpful but since my house was sold a month ago and new owner didnt want me as a tenant I couldnt provide him with a new address and the guy couldnt help me send in noa2 at my email address

it was august 7th, next day I recieved 2 emails from nvc with case number and instruction for ds3032 unfortunately i cant file ds260 so after seeing some of the guys here did send in ds3032 via email I emailed too. paid the $88 dollars fee and now anxiously waiting for further forms.

noa2 (lets say) 12 July 2012

nvc case number 08 August 2012

fee paid 09 August 2012

established com 09 August 2012

My NAO-1 date is march 7th at VSC. I called USCIS last week on Monday. They told me that I couldn't file for service request because I'm still within the normal processing time as the date being processed is Feb 27. I called my Senator's office and filed the inquiry forms. Then I called back today again and they told me that VSC is processing March 19th. What the hell? How do you go from Feb 27th to March 19th in 8 days? The person filed the service request for me but judging from other peoples comments, that won't do anything.
