I got married to a us citezen and am applying for AOS and I need help with part 2.aplication type question.

Since my wife is the Us citezen,which letter should I chose from (a) through (j) please.

The question is in form I 485 goes like this : I am applying for adjustment of status because of :

then they give mupltiple choices from (a) through (j).

And in form I 765,question 16 please, " eligibility under 8 CFR... I dont know which one shall I chose from.

Again am the non us spouse and my wife is the US citezen.

I entered to us with Q1,clutural exchange visa, now am an F1 student visa holder.

Moving to the proper section as your adjusting from an F1 Student visa not a family based visa.

But the topic is about a question not the forms I need to fill,coz all the other forms are done I just can't answer that particular part I mentioned about,that's what I need help with.

No moved it to the correct place to make sure you get correct answers and that you know there is more than just the 485 to file. Had there been another answer I would of said it but it was already answered above by someone else.

7/09/12 NOA email notification

7/14/12 Received hard copy of NOA in the mail

7/16/12 Received biometric appointment letter for 8/01/12

7/23/12 Successful walk in Biometrics

8/15/12 Received email for interview notice

8/17/12 Received interview notice in the mail

9/10/12 EAD card ordered, (didnt get email or text checked it on USCIS website)

9/18/12 EAD card received in the mail

9/18/12 Interview done, approved on the spot!

9/19/12 Got email that approval notice was mailed out on 9/18/12

9/22/12 Received Approval notice in the mail

9/24/12 Got email that greencard was sent in the mail

9/26/12 Received greencard in the mail, thank you lord!

U will find the answer in visajourney go to Example forms on the top between downloads and Processing times ;it will help you there are many of examples how to fill out the forms good luck i hope it helps
