Brother Hesekiel,

Just when the glass is half full was begining to make a beliver out of some, you come along with the glass is half empty. True, True, True

OP,you can always look for a job at summer camps that offer H2b's visa. The summer camp may not be in the state or town you are looking to live, but it will be in the US.

I was thinking the same thing! But realism and honesty it must be...

I will be fighting tooth and nail for this if I'm even eligible!

Brother H, statements are all true, H1B's are very limited and for a small company to aquire one would be very expensive and tough. The college education is a strict requirement for H1b's.

Really an H1b is off the table for you unless the rules and totals change for 2013.

I guess what I don't understand is how can EB3's exist for unskilled and skilled workers both (without bachelor's requirement) and H1-B's be the start to that process? It really doesn't make sense to me.

It seems like I'm a perfect candidate for an EB3 but not at all for an H1-B.

Because H1b's are not the start of the process.
