Paying in cash is a BIG no no because you can not trace it. I might have gotten stolen from anyone and they can just throw away the petition. Calling USCIS won't help because they don't have anything with your number to track down your petition so that will be a waste of your time. You have to ask your fiance where he paid at and talk to that person. Did your fiance get anything in writing when he paid for the petition?

He needed a receipt number from uscis, you only get this if you send in an application with money.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
