I-134 Huge Error!

Good morning all!

I sent my fiance a package via DHL with all the necessary documents. Including those that require my signature. He also has a signed letter from my place of employment on letterhead verifying how much I make. He has recent paystubs and my W2 forms from 2010 and 2011. But here's the rub..

I sent him two copies of the I-134 form and FORGOT TO SIGN THEM. :bonk:

Must the I-134 have original signatures?

I know this is a long-shot but is this document absolutely necessary in CDJ? Those of you who have had interviews in CDJ have they asked for this in addition to the signed letter on company letterhead verifying your income. I know that question hardly seems worth asking but, hope springs eternal.

I guess I'll have to resend the documents. :cry:

August 2, 2012 - Received Biometrics Letter
August 16, 2012 - Received Hard Copy of NOA1
August 23, 2012 - Biometrics
September 25, 2012 - Approved I131
September 25, 2012 - EAD/AP Combo Card sent to production
October 3, 2012 - EAD/AP Combo Card Arrived

April 29, 2013 - AOS Approved Without Interview!

May 6, 2013 - Card arrived in the mail

UPDATE: DHL does not pick up until 4:30 PM today! So the pac-n-mail is allowing me to take out the documents and sign them. So happy! Don't hesitate to leave an answer thought for future reference.

For future reference, since you asked... CDJ does not list the I-134 as a requirement, however, people have been asked for it in the past. I would think they might not demand it if there is a letter from employer, tax returns and pay stubs showing they are clearly over the poverty line. Most people just have it there to be safe.

Thank goodness I read this just in time I made the same error but I already sent off the DHL packet but the good news is my cousin is leaving tomorrow for haiti and can hand it to my fiance :bonk:
