Hello all,

My wife and I got married recently .I am a US citizen. She is here on a working Visa (H1B). She entered the US on a tourist visa 4 years ago and then

changed her status to a student Visa. The student visa was then changed to H1B (working visa) and this is her status today. My question is;

do we need to provide the immigration services with her original I94 visa or a copy is enough? we are getting conflicting advice.We have

a copy of the I94 visa in our possession, however,if we were to get the original it would cost us $400.00. what should we do/ thanks in advance!

Please read the guides - they clearly state to include copys of it not the original.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

She might need to present the original at the interview, though. Is that the only time she crossed the border? Did she get all of her other visas and never left and came back?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
