No Extension Letter?

Hello!

I was wondering if you guys can help me with my case. I filed to remove the conditions of the I-751 on early January and but did not receive a letter of extension for 1 year. However, I did receive a biometrics screening appointment in February and completed that.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? Does anyone know any place to contact to try to clear this up and actually obtain a letter of extension? Thank you so much!!

You need to call USCIS immediately, you really should have called them a while ago about this. That extension letter is the only physical proof of your extended status. Make sure to speak to a Tier 2 officer not a phone jocky.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Did you receive an NOA1 letter for your I-751? If you do, that's your extension for your PR.
