Hi,

What a great site is this, thanks in advance for read my post :)

My wife is a US citizen, I applied for citizenship, I got a N-659 form with the interview letter.

I have question about some requirement there

1- Your current marriage certification registered by a civil authority

(My marriage certificate is in Arabic and translated from authorize US translator) so is that enough or what is (Civil authority)?

2- Proof of marital union as well as proof of residence (what is that ?)

3- If u have ever been arrested or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason and (charges or no charges) were filed

(What is that? and is the speed ticket belongs to it, if it is, and I don't have any ticket record about it, from where I can get it)?

4- Because I don't have a job when I came to US so I filled return tax but I couldn’t found it in the IRS web site, so is it ok if I take only last two years or what should I do?

Mike
