A little be down hearted. Submitted I-130 to Chicago Aug. 10th, 2001 got sent to California Sevice Center Aug. 15th, 2011. Register with case study and case status on line offered by the UNCIS.Gov web site. This is only up-dated monthly! I see on this site I search the CSC and see that they have process the I-130 pass my date or dates. They are on Aug. 20th, 2011 as of 03/06/12. Call the number given 1-800- 375-5283 for information. Get caught up in recording circle jerk. Spend 30 mintues listening to option and trying to reach customer service that is availalbe 8 to 8 Monday thru Friday. They don't offer you a customer rep to talk to !! Can someone share the secert to get a honest answer on the status of my wife & son. It's clear the goverment has no human feeling for the people out here trying to do the process legally.

I needed to vent my fustration.

Do you mean that you couldnt speak with anyone?

In the end there will be a choice that you lost or dont know your reciept number.. and then put that you still cant find it, then a person will come on but keep in mind those people dont even give you as much info as you like :(

I know how frustrating this whole waiting :(
