Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how long it takes after they have received an AOS package to get the E-Notification? We tracked it and the package was received on March 3 @8:15am and I know I am asking rather quickly but I was just curious if it was timely(like a few days) or if I would need to wait a few weeks. Knowing will just make the wait more bearable as I will know what to expect. I know the whole AOS process can take months. I just want the initial confirmation that they have it and my receipt number is all.

Thanks in advance for any help at all :) .

I got the e-notification the same day the NOA1 letter is dated. We mailed on 02/13/12 and received the e-notification on 02/22/12. If you check the AOS immigration timelines, they will give you an average time that people have waited.

They received it today, so you may get the e-notification tomorrow. Checks may be cashed as early as Wednesday and NOA1 received by next Tuesday. It all depends on the workflow. I mailed my son's Sat. Jan 28. It arrived Mon. Jan 30. Got texts Tuesday 31st with receipt #s. Checks cashed Wednesday Feb 1, NOA1 received Feb. 7. Biometrics letter received Feb 10. Did early walk-in on Feb. 22. Waiting on his EAD and interview letter. Hope this help. It may be different depending on your field office.

I got my email notification tonight woohoo!

The USPS said that was delivered March 2nd....yet..I haven't heard abything from USCIS yet....

I did see some people say that it took a couple of weeks for them to be notified. Maybe they are just slow? I hope you get it soon, I know the wait can be stressful.
