We mailed our paperwork on 02/24/2012, and received emails & texts for the acceptance of out I-485, I-765, I-130 on 03/02/2012. We did not file I-131 as we are switching from F1 and my hubby was

3/23/2012 (Day 0) - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent
4/02/2012 (Day 11) - Hard Copy of NOA1 in the mail of I-130, I-485 and I-765
4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

Sounds weird right???? But it's true... Like i said . Its the person who looks at your files / folder/ packet will all documents you sent... Interviews are make sure their no fraud

Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification

Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.

ok .. im confused! what is better to get a 2 or 10 year green card? i just got married a few months ago... which one should i get? whats the difference??? thanks!

If your PR status is based upon a marriage that is less than 2 years old, then you will receive what is known as a "conditional green-card" which is valid for two years and so in the 90 day window before this GC expires you will need to file Form I-751, to remove the conditions (ROC) of the GC and upon approval of the I-751, you will receive an unconditional, 10 year GC in the mail.

If your PR status is based upon a marriage that is older than 2 years, then you will receive the unconditional, 10 year GC and there will be no need to go through the ROC step.

It's on its way, Chris. Just hang in there a few more hours. Could be a temporary glitch at their end, am sure it has been sorted out by now.

Thanks for the reply! I was so unsure cause my I-94 wasnt taken but now i feel much better! :blush:

It has happened to a few others too on this site, the I 94s were not taken. Have you got your email updates yet?
