We hope to hear good news from you soon, Srarios. Are you still worried?

Here's my next question. So let's say we're all done with this phase soon, green cards in hand. What's next? The 2-year mark, presumably? Where do we go now, to learn about that next step in the "visa journey"? The "Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion" forum?

I am we haven't managed to gather many photos or a lease agreement but other than that I'm ready! I have maybe 6-10 pictures! I took computer to staples and best buy they said it was shot:( anywho, I'm just worried about the I-94! We haven't recieved it from Vermont service center yet!

After we are all finished I hope we all gather again and talk about ROC

The ROC is just a matter of filing one Form which is the I-751 along with the following documents: copy of your GC (front and back) and more evidence of your continued relationship from the time of your marriage until the time of filing (lease/mortgage, checking/savings accounts, health/car/life insurance etc etc) + any court documents if this is applicable. Just read the instructions to the aforementioned form and you will find all you need to know including what to submit, the fee and where to send it.

The general process is:

-Submit the I-751 plus all documentation anytime within the 90 day window before your conditional GC expires, so in 21 months.

-Receive your 1 year PR extension letter.

-5-6 months receive your approval and 10 year GC--- you may or may not be required to attend another interview.

any word on MikeX?

my big day is tmr interview scheduled for 7.30AM

my lawyer will be attending.

i am not in the least bit worried cuz it is sooooo legitimate!

we have been together for 6 yrs have a 3 yr old son do practically everything together.

just want tmr to go smooth InshaAllah

i have compiled my file took me like 1 hour cuz I had everything already was just to put together

and i only did it last night

wish me luck everyone

will post my interview experience ASAP

PS how ironic as i am typing this "I wont give up - jason Mraz" started playing :)
