Well I dont live with my spouse yet, We are on the waiting list for an apartment.

So I 130 its on her address

I 485 and i 765 are on mine address so im guessing she will get i 130 on hers and i will get the rest on mine

Interesting part is that i didn't received any Email notice she got em all . I did request and email notification on my email for I 485

Will see , Its complicated but everything will fall into place

WOuldn't worry about it-- the USCIS system isn't perfect and some-times people are not even entered into the system for updates but still get their case processed!

Yup it arrived two days after I mailed it.. USPS just didn't update their tracking info :-/ dumb ppl

I guess I should get in on this...I wasn't sure if I should participate in this one or the Feb filers, but I see some of you are in the same boat. I applied the end of Feb but processing is all happening in March...check my sig below. If it weren't a leap year they would have received it March 1st.

Judging from your timeline, you received the text messages on the 12th and it does say it may take 7-10 days and I assume they mean "business" days, in which case today is only the 7th business day and the 10th business day isn't until the 26th-- so you are well within the time-frame.

But I know what you mean, I was certainly nervous waiting on my hardcopies also since I had been out-of-status for so long and it finally meant that I was legal again-- don't worry they will arrive!

Theres nothing that I hate the most...Being out of status... driver`s license expired...

I can`t wait till I can fix my life...This wait sucks baaaaad

Welcome to group, it looks like you, Skul Teacher, Kstrozyk, MikeX & myself all filed within 3 days of each other. Although Mike's and my cases have been halted and are awaiting our RFE's in the mail, so the rest you guys will probably leap-frog us in the time-line game.

Yeah, I'm with you-- it is not a fun situation to be in, I can't wait until I can go back to school and finish up the final two semesters of my bachelor's degree and be able to pick up a part-time job that is not on campus Got to stay positive though, everything will work out just fine

Sorry it took a couple of days but as a school teacher, I have limited access to computers at school and by the time I get home, I am just too tired to get on the computer.

Got my paper RFE in the mail today, they want my joint sponsor's 2010 federal returns, plus supporting documentation (W-2s, 1099s and tax schedules).

Glad that this isn't anything that will be too time consuming to obtain from my father-in-law. I imagine this will be going back in the mail Tuesday or Wednesday.

Mike, I am not really a tax guy and so I am not sure if the IRS Transcripts still covers all of the Schedule's and other forms that required for the I-864 when you are self-employed and the instructions to the Form only state that W-2's and Form 1099 are not required if you file transcripts-- there is no mention of not filing the other documents (Schedule C, D, E, 1040s etc) even you are filing transcripts.

Either way, my father-in-law just emailed me and asked where does he mail them too-- so by the sounds of it, he has everything on the list provided and I just need to add the original RFE letter to package and get it in the mail first thing Monday and then my biometrics are on Tuesday

I will look through my duplicate packet when I get to OKC. I am almost certain I only mailed them 1040s. So sending return transcripts will do according to the I-864 instructions and VJ consensus. For my wife's tax docs, I will just attach a note declaring fling exemption.

its 1040
