Appt is two weeks from today I'm so excited!!! Although I did have a dream that they asked u for our most recent tax info and we didn't haven't it so I'll definantly be getting my stuff together soon! Best of luck to the ppls having their appt this week

I had a dream too about my interview that we got there and we forgot all our documents! :unsure: I guess it's a reminder to be well prepared on the big day. God Bless us all.

Looks like our interviews are exactly one week apart, mine is three weeks from today and I am also going through the nervous motions of re-checking my interview file and even went down to the local IRS office with my joint sponsor to get the 2011 transcripts in hand.

Think we have everything in order documentation wise, just need to relax and hope I dont screw up my wife's date of birth on the day :)

-Dec 2006: Arrived with an F1 visa

-Dec 2007: Met USC.

-Dec 2009: Got Engaged.

-Jan 2010: Fell out of Status.

-Oct 2010: Married USC.

-Feb 2012: Filed I-130/AOS

I-130/AOS Timeline

Day 0: 02/25/12: Mailed concurrent I-130/AOS Package to the Chicago Lockbox

Day 2: 02/27/12: Package arrived at the Chicago Lockbox.

Day 5: 03/01/12: Email acceptance confirmation received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765.

Day 13: 03/09/12: NOA1s received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. Biometrics letter also received and scheduled for March 27th.

Day 24: 03/20/12: Email notification for RFE.

Day 27: 03/23/12: Hardcopy RFE received in the mail.

Day 31: 03/27/12: Biometrics completed.

Day 40: 04/05/12: Mailed off the RFE.

Day 44: 04/09/12: RFE Delivered.

Day 46: 04/11/12: USCIS received RFE and case updated online.

Day 55: 04/20/12: EAD approved!

Day 60: 04/25/12: Received 2nd "EAD in Production" Email.

Day 61: 04/26/12: EAD Mailed.

Day 63: 04/28/12: EAD in hand!

Day 74: 05/09/12: Interview date scheduled for June 12th.

Day 75: 05/10/12: Interview letter in hand.

Day 108: 06/12/12: Interview.

Day 110: 06/14/12: Received I-485 & I-130 approval emails.

Day 114: 06/18/12: Received I-130 & I-485 Approval hardcopies.

Day 115: 06/19/12: Received GC in production email.

Day 116: 06/20/12: Received "GC mailed" & "USPS picked up your GC" emails.

Day 118: 06/22/12: GC arrived in the mail

March 16th 2014: Eligible to file ROC.

March 16th 2015: Eligible to file for naturalization.

3/28/2012 (Day 6) - One check for $1,490 cashed & cleared for I-130 and I-485.

4/02/2012 (Day 11) - NOA hard copies received (x3), case status available online & bio appt. also received, dated 04/12 @ 8:00 AM.

4/10/2012 (Day 19) - Case status online says changed to RFE received.

4/12/2012 (Day 21) - Successful biometric done.

5/11/2012 (Day 50) - Complete RFE (I-864) received. Case status online changed to RFE received.

5/16/2012 (Day 55) - Online case status says: Card/ Document Production.

5/21/2012 (Day 60) - Online case status says: Card picked up by USPS.

5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD card in hand.

6/12/2012 (Day 82) - Testing and Interview.

7/12/2012 (Day 112) - Interview date!

thats a good question. our i-131 is still pending as well. but honestly i dont care bc im not planning to leave anyways until after we get the GC or the stamp in the passport. good luck

Philadelphia, PA. We are gonna walk there, about 20 mins if no raining tomorrow.

YAY! I just got my COMBO CARD (ead+advance parole) :) and ALSO I got my interview date! wooohoooo! Im excited!!!

Was your I-765 case & AP case were updated on USCIS at the same time ?

Hi! dont worry, because online ead goes to production but ADVANCE PAROLE it just says it is approved. BUT when u get ur card is a COMBO CARD, its a EAD CARD and it has A NOTE that says it is for advance parole! Any more questions just let me know :)
