Hi guys! I am a March 2012 AOS filer also. I just received my EAD and AP combo card last May 19, but Ive heard nothing regarding my GC/Interview appointment. Is this normal??

Just got a text message from the Immigration!!! My interview is gonna be June,26!!!!

08 March 2012 - Day 03 - Package arrived confirmation USPS
12 March 2012 - Day 07 - Received txt message and email for I-797
13 March 2012 - Day 08 - Checks Cashed by USCIS
29 March 2012 - Day 24 - CASE STATUS ONLINE: On March 29, 2012, the Post Office returned the notice we last sent to you as undeliverable.(NOA`S)
03 April 2012 - Day 29 - CASE STATUS ONLINE: On April 03, 2012, the Post Office returned the notice we last sent to you as undeliverable.(NOA`s)
13 April 2012 - Day 39 - Received NOA`s for I-485, I-130 and I-765 and also received appointment letter for Biometrics for May, 08.

Hello. I do not think you have to worry about it yet. I am also an AOS filer in March, but I have not received even EAD yetsad.gif

Day 13: 03/09/12: NOA1s received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. Biometrics letter also received and scheduled for March 27th.

The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on May 21, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

EAD mailed. Now sitting tight and waiting for interview notice and date. Best wishes to everyone with their respective interviews.

3/27/2012 (Day 5) - E-Notification that paperwork received.

3/28/2012 (Day 6) - One check for $1,490 cashed & cleared for I-130 and I-485.

4/02/2012 (Day 11) - NOA hard copies received (x3), case status available online & bio appt. also received, dated 04/12 @ 8:00 AM.

4/10/2012 (Day 19) - Case status online says changed to RFE received.

4/12/2012 (Day 21) - Successful biometric done.

5/11/2012 (Day 50) - Complete RFE (I-864) received. Case status online changed to RFE received.

5/16/2012 (Day 55) - Online case status says: Card/ Document Production.

Woo Hoo just received the card production case status. !!!!!

However,

I only see the EAD production change (i-765)

The AP case status still in initial review on USCIS website....

Does that means I won't get the COMBO card and only EAD ??

Appt is two weeks from today I'm so excited!!! Although I did have a dream that they asked u for our most recent tax info and we didn't haven't it ? so I'll definantly be getting my stuff together soon! Best of luck to the ppls having their appt this week

thats a good question. our i-131 is still pending as well. but honestly i dont care bc im not planning to leave anyways until after we get the GC or the stamp in the passport. good luck
