Me too, it appears that we both filed within two days of each other and received the biometrics letter on the same day. Hope the RFE isn't for anything major.

I have a good idea what it's about. Was sloppy filling my wife's (petitioning sponsor) I-864. I was expecting to get an RFE. Caught the mistake after sending the stuff in...of course. *rollseyes* Our timelines are pretty much mirror images. Hopefully there's no big delay with mine.

Yeah I am fully expecting an RFE for the I-864 also, but according to the USCIS Case File-- my applications haven't been touched since March 2nd.

From the looks at other timelines-- most RFE seem to be adjudicated within 10-14 days of it arriving at the office.

It depends on the field office-- some will, some won't, but unfortunately the only way to find out for sure it to go.

And as fully expected, this afternoon I received an email notifying me that on the March 20th a notice had been mailed for a request for evidence and that my application is now on hold.

Oh well, I knew that it was coming and I am just happy that someone is actually looking at my case

Hopefully the letter won't take too long and we can have this back in the mail to them shortly.

Sorry to hear about your RFE ChrisPG. Did the online status change to RFE?

Mizzao--Since our bio was scheduled 4/4/12, we just decided to take a chance sine the ASC office is only 20-30 mins away. The officers were great, did not even look at the date on the letter.

Also, if you are a March filer, please write your details so I can add you to the waiting list...

It is no big deal, I knew it was coming.

Yes, the status for Form I-485 changed to RFE with the date of March 20th. My I-130 & I-765 haven't been touched since March 2nd and since my case is now on hold, I don't expect any further updates until after my RFE has been adjudicated.

Didn`t get any NOA on the mail yet...

I been checking my mail box 4 times a day thats how anxious I am about it...
