Don't worry, I have a feeling your email notification is on its way and it should land up in your inbox by today or tomorrow. Each case is different, so it is all a waiting game. Give it a couple of more days, and you should be fine. All the very best!

Hi. A couple of days it is! Last night I got an email that my interview is scheduled for Mid June!!!! No movement or changes on my EAD yet though. Is this normal? I thought EAD comes first then the interview :( HOpe this is better! Keep on praying! GOD BLESS US!

Not to wry in my opinion EAD is really temporary to keep us going while we wait for our gc. After we get the gc the EAD is pretty useless I'd say the Interview is mch more important. Anyways depending on where ur case is being processed they might just be delayed.. No worries though!!

Hey guys! After how many days did you get your EADs after theyve told you it had been mailed?

After you have had the mailed notice, about 2-3 days for delivery.

Background Information

-Dec 2006: Arrived with an F1 visa

-Dec 2007: Met USC.

-Dec 2009: Got Engaged.

-Jan 2010: Fell out of Status.

-Oct 2010: Married USC.

-Feb 2012: Filed I-130/AOS

I-130/AOS Timeline

Day 0: 02/25/12: Mailed concurrent I-130/AOS Package to the Chicago Lockbox

Day 2: 02/27/12: Package arrived at the Chicago Lockbox.

Day 5: 03/01/12: Email acceptance confirmation received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765.

Day 13: 03/09/12: NOA1s received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. Biometrics letter also received and scheduled for March 27th.

Day 24: 03/20/12: Email notification for RFE.

Day 27: 03/23/12: Hardcopy RFE received in the mail.

Day 31: 03/27/12: Biometrics completed.

Day 40: 04/05/12: Mailed off the RFE.

Every case is different but from what it seems most ppl r getting their the EAD production emails but more or less 60 day mark like I said ball park more or less 2 month mark since u filed

By the end on the next week you should get a email notification that you card is been ordered for production. and by end of the month you will have it in hand.

Yippee dabby doo... On monday May 7, 2012 I received my first EAD CARD IN PRODUCTION email.... And TODAY Thursday May 10, 2012 I received my second EAD CARD IN PRODUCTION email today... Took me 3 days after first email to get my second email... So next email im looking for is USPS pick up card!!! I'm so happy... I need some shots

Cool! I just received another email that says USPS picked it up. You can have your maiden name fix into your married name by the time you have your interview, thats what the officer told me when I had my biometrics. I saw in their computer that my they used my middle name when I was single as my middle name "still" now that Im married when its suppose to be my maiden name as my middle name now (thats how we do it in the Philippines and I want to follow our culture) .. all the letter that I received from USCIS are in the correct names/order that I wanted it to be.

So yeah, to make it short, you can have it fix when you have your interview.

Cool! I just received another email that says USPS picked it up. You can have your maiden name fix into your married name by the time you have your interview, thats what the officer told me when I had my biometrics. okay lets say my maiden name is jones and married is johnson

so my EAD i recieved is under jones

but my interview letter is under johnson

i dnt have any id with my married name johnson so im going to bring my certified copy as well as original marriage certificate to interview.. that shouldnt be a problem right?? i really dont care if the GC comes under my maiden or married name but i just dnt want USCIS to be all like no!! u dnt have proper id or be on my case as to why the two are different..should i just let this whole thing be and just bring all the necesary paperwork?

little confused and i really dnt wanna call as to they are confusing and not very helpful at times..
