Today I couldn`t believe what happenned!

Somebody from the USCIS called my cellphone, they wanted to confirm my address and ask if I went to the Post Office to register as a new resident and if I put mine and my husbands name on the inside and outside of the mailbox... I said YES YES YES!!!

Then the guy said he was gonna be sending my NOA`s tomorrow the first thing in the morning... YAY

Then after 20 min the same guy(very nice and polite by the way) he call me again and say that my appointment for biometrics was sent too and that was undeliverble too, so he is gonna have to re-schedule for another date! I said please don`t put a far far away date because all this wait is killing me and he said I will do the best that I can. He also said I`m sorry for all the delaay and you will be receiving your NOA`s on the mail in a week!

Finlly Good News for ME!

3/3/2012 mailed AOS packet

3/7/2012 received text message NOA and hard copies followed

3/16/2012 received a mail for the ASC appt, fingers print

4/6//2012 fingers print done

Now waiting and counting........

I haven't got any RFE so far, hopefully it is a sign, fingers crossed!

also, I notice that ppl that received RFEs usually received theme before the biometrics appointment. Does that mean I'm RFE cleared? Probably too hopeful!!! :s

RFEs can happen at any time, including at the actual interview.

Finally got my biometrics taken today, USCIS Boston would not let me walk in when I tried right after receiving the appointment letter. Hope this EAD goes off soon!

you had your original appointment for 04/10 and on your attempt to walk in early you got rescheduled for 04/11, 1 day later than your initial appointment? was that your wish or did they punish you for walking in?
