So looks like my case hasn't been touched since march 12th everything remains the same is that bad or is that simply bc they r waiting for my bio appt in 2 weeks?

Nothing has changed on mine and I had my bio a couple days back...

I have heard many times from folks here not to trust the online updates...they don't really mean anything...and really until you do your bio there isn't much they can do with it.

I would say that it is good. This is usually the case, the online information generally isn't updated unless you get an RFE or a notice that your EAD is in production etc and you won't get the latter until after your bio appointment. So yes, I would say that so far so good-- you haven't received an RFE and hopefully you won't so the clock is still ticking and your case is still on track.

FWIW, I didn't hear anything and my case was never touched until day 24 when I received an RFE notification-- however I am sure that my case was "physically" touched numerous times before that email. Usually the biggest waiting period is between the biometrics letter and the EAD card in production notification.

jdh, I have classes everyday of the week. The office is an hour drive. I would have to skip a class in any case.

Hello! First of all! Everyone good luck and hopefully the process is fast for all of us!!!!! I just wanted to join this thread, I filed on march 12, and received my NOAs after a week, and my schedule biometrics appoiment was on April 5th! A bit quick! Now just waiting for EDA! Which I hope to get soon! I'm in Boston. Everybody keep us posted please! I'm really curios as to when I will receive the EAD and interview date!!!!!!!

Rly?! Uscis got my paperwork march 10 and I got my bio appt the 16th I wish I knew how much longer I have to wait for my EAD but I rly dnt no.. Best of luck!!

Best of luk to you too!!!! Maybe try and do a walk in! Boston office was empty, and I'm sure they would've taken me in. Yes me too I can't wait for my EAD! but once you get ur bios done you should receive it, but in how long? That's the question that's been killing us all!!!!!!!!!!

Today I couldn`t believe what happenned!

Somebody from the USCIS called my cellphone, they wanted to confirm my address and ask if I went to the Post Office to register as a new resident and if I put mine and my husbands name on the inside and outside of the mailbox... I said YES YES YES!!!

Then the guy said he was gonna be sending my NOA`s tomorrow the first thing in the morning... YAY

Then after 20 min the same guy(very nice and polite by the way) he call me again and say that my appointment for biometrics was sent too and that was undeliverble too, so he is gonna have to re-schedule for another date! I said please don`t put a far far away date because all this wait is killing me and he said I will do the best that I can. He also said I`m sorry for all the delaay and you will be receiving your NOA`s on the mail in a week!

Finlly Good News for ME!
