Yes I have proof of emails she just sent asking for money !!! I have an info pass appointment on Tuesday .. I'm so heart broken.. I really loved her, life is a bit*h I can't even sleep at nights worrying if I'm 2 years I'll get deport and loosing her .. It's too much plus im stuck at paying the lease of our apartment of 2200 a month all by my self ;-(((

George and Finally Done, am thinking you should perhaps post in the general forum rather than the March filers forum since you may be able to get better advice there. Start a new thread and ask for help. I have read about cases similar to yours that have received very good advice. Also, keep updating us on the March filers thread too.

Day 13,April 02, 2012 : NOAs received for I-130,I-485,EAD/AP & Biometrics

Day 36,April 25, 2012 : Biometrics Completed at Elizabeth, NJ.

Day 45,May 04, 2012 : E-mail notification for interview received for June 11

Day 46,May 05, 2012 : Received hard copy of interview notice

Day 56,May 16, 2012 : EAD/AP Production e-mail

Day 64,May 24, 2012 : EAD/AP Card in hand

Day 83,June 11,2012 : Interview. Approved same day. Card production email.

Day 84,June 12,2012 : E-mail Notification registering PR status.

Finally Done, I agree with Chris, once a person has a 10-year GC, there is little to nothing that can be done. Withdrawing petition at this point does not change anything. Did you see any signs at all earlier that things may not be what they seem to be? I remember you saying you made all sincere efforts to get documentation from Colombia,I am so sorry you are having to go through this.

An immigration attorney at this point of time will only be a waste of money, since you may not be able to prove that you were being scammed for all these months and was not aware of it, just my two cents.

Chris, my prayers are with you, you have been such a source of strength to all of us here. Am keeping fingers crossed you get through this. If you need someone to talk to, let me know. It helps.

Chris, I feel the same way as MrsNotBonJovi. You helped me a lot so as the other March filers. I hope you get through this.

I haven't read this thread in a few days.

I just wanted to say how very sorry I am that george, Chrispg and finallydone are going through these troubles. (Not sure what's going on with you Chris, but I hope it's not divorce too.)

Divorce is so hard, even without the immigration issues. But hang in there and eventually you'll be on the other side of it.

Hi everyone,

I just got back and the officer told me I got approved at the end of our interview. she told me that I would get GC in 10 days.

The Journey

Arrived on F1 visa on 25 Dec 2008. Graduated June 2011. Started OPT Sep 2011.

AOS applied March 21, 2012. GC approved June 11, 2012 & received June 18, 2012.

Exactly three months from start to finish,no RFEs.

AOS Timeline:

Day 01,March 21, 2012: Concurrent filing of I-130/AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago Lockbox

Day 02,March 22, 2012: Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox

Day 04,March 24, 2012: USCIS Acceptance Confirmation received through e-mail

Day 07,March 27, 2012: Checks cashed.

Day 13,April 02, 2012 : NOAs received for I-130,I-485,EAD/AP & Biometrics

Day 36,April 25, 2012 : Biometrics Completed at Elizabeth, NJ.

Day 45,May 04, 2012 : E-mail notification for interview received for June 11

Day 46,May 05, 2012 : Received hard copy of interview notice

Day 56,May 16, 2012 : EAD/AP Production e-mail

Day 64,May 24, 2012 : EAD/AP Card in hand

Day 83,June 11,2012 : Interview. Approved same day. Card production email.

Day 84,June 12,2012 : E-mail Notification registering PR status.

Day 87,June 15,2012 : USPS picks up GC from USCIS.

Day 88,June 16,2012 : Received two hard copy mails, approving I-130 & I-485

Day 90,June 18,2012 : 10-year GC in hand. End of GC journey, for now.

3/5/2012 (Day 0) - Concurrent filing of I-130/AOS from F1 Visa(with EAD and AP) mailed to Chicago Lockbox
3/6/2012 (Day 1) - Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox.
3/8/2012 (Day 3) - NOA 1 Notice Date
3/13/2012 (Day 8)- Received Bio-metrics Appointment Notice Date
4/10/2012 (Day 36) - Bio-metrics Date of Appointment and completed
6/5/2012 (Day 92) - Online case status says: Card/ Document Production.
6/11/2012 (Day 98) - Online case status says: Card mailed
6/12/2012 (Day 99) - Online case status says: Card picked up by USPS on June 11th.
6/13/2012 (Day 100) - EAD/AP in hand.
6/20/2012 (Day 107) - Online case status says: Testing and Interview and USCIS mailed an appointment notice for our interview
6/21/2012 (Day 108) - Our appointment notice in hand.
7/26/2012 (Day 142) - Interview...Approved and Online case status says: Decision.
7/30/2012 (Day 146) - Received I-485 Approval hard copy.
8/1/2012 (Day 148) - USCIS mailed GC
8/4/2012 (Day151) - Received GC

ROC TimeLine:

4/26/2014 (Day 0) - Sent I-751.

5/5/2014 (Day 9) - NOA1 Date

5/9/2014 (Day 13) - Bio (No physical bio but current)
