Still no interview notice :( I won't be nervous when we finally get an interview, but I am nervous that our paperwork fell in a crack somewhere. I wish they would hurry up and schedule an interview already!

5/2011 Met my wife, she was on a J1

2/25/2012 Married

3/07/2012 Sent I-130,I-485,I-765,I-131 to Chicago lockbox

3/16/12 NOA1 received along with notice that Biometric fee was missing

3/25/12 received receipt that biometric fee had been accepted

4/16/12 Biometric Appointment

5/14/12 EAD/AP card received

Still waiting for update on I-130/I-485

Just got the email that they've mail my card directly to the address they have on file

Sweet, next up is that the USPS have picked up your card for delivery! Your GC should be here by the end of the week.

Yes most definitely.. My marriage is less than 2 years old.. Been married for only 4 months... But when I went to interview the Immigration Officer never explained the ROC, but I'm assuming it's the 2 year card.

Yes, if you have been married for less than 2 years you will receive the 2 year GC. So you will be eligible to file for ROC at anytime within the 90 day window of its expiration.

3/21/2012 (Day 0) - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent.

3/23/2012 (Day 1) - Delivered to USCIS.

3/27/2012 (Day 5) - E-Notification that paperwork received.

3/28/2012 (Day 6) - One check for $1,490 cashed & cleared for I-130 and I-485.

4/02/2012 (Day 11) - NOA hard copies received (x3), case status available online & bio appt. also received, dated 04/12 @ 8:00 AM.

4/10/2012 (Day 19) - Case status online says changed to RFE received.

4/12/2012 (Day 21) - Successful biometric done.

5/11/2012 (Day 50) - Complete RFE (I-864) received. Case status online changed to RFE received.

5/16/2012 (Day 55) - Online case status says: Card/ Document Production.

5/21/2012 (Day 60) - Online case status says: Card picked up by USPS.

5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD card in hand.
