We mailed our paperwork on 02/24/2012, and received emails & texts for the acceptance of out I-485, I-765, I-130 on 03/02/2012. We did not file I-131 as we are switching from F1 and my hubby was

Okay I'm officially freaking out now!! I having got an email saying USPS PICK UP MY CARD FOR DELIVERY ... My interview was last Tuesday and I got 1 email that same day saying CARD PRODUCTION ORDER, and on Thursday I got 2 email ... One for I-485 saying they have register this customer new permanent resident status and second for I-130 saying they mail me a notification that the petition has been approve.. Help?

My interview was last Tuesday and I got 1 email that same day saying CARD PRODUCTION ORDER, and on Thursday I got 2 email ... One for I-485 saying they have register this customer new permanent resident status and second for I-130 saying they mail me a notification that the petition has been approve.. Help?

Everything is normal their emails are always a little sketchy but your good

Day 0: 03/06/12 Mailed Package

Day 2: 03/08/12 Package arrive @ Chicago Lockbox

Day 11: 03/17/12 NOA's arrive for all 3 forms

Day 18: 03/24/12 Biometric appt letter receieved for 4/16/12

Day 41: 04/16/12 Biometric appt

Day 42: 04/17/12 Called USCIS to fix Name problem at biometric appt

Day 56: 05/01/12 Status updated on website EAD in production

Day 57: 05/02/12 Status updated on website Interview appt 06/05

Day 62: 05/07/12 EAD MAILED!!!

Day 65: 05/10/12 EAD IN HAND!!!

Day 69: 05/14/12 Applied for SSN

Day 74: 05/19/12 SS Card IN HAND!!

Day 91: 06/05/12 Interview @ 8:30am: APPROVED ON THE SPOT!!

Day 91: 06/05/12 around 6 pm received text that updated aproved status on USCIS website

*Some Day between 06/07/12-06/11/12 We received two notices that we were aproved

one for hubby and one for me..do no know exact date because we were out of town*

Day 96: 06/11/12 text received USCIS mailed GC

Day 96: 06/11/12 another text received USPS picked up GC

Day 99: 06/14/12 GC in hand!!!!!!!!!!!

How long does it take to get the welcome letter and the I-485 approval and I-130 approval letters from Uscis ?? They said mines was mailed on Thursday July 5, 2012... But today is Monday and I have not received any letters yet ;(

Relax George, everything is working fine! The same question has been asked many time in this thread; it's just the way their notification system works. Your next email will be "card mailed" and "card picked up".

Day_01 05/05 AOS Package delivered (I-130,I-485,I-765).

Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.

Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification

Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.

Day_86 07/30 Received GC and EAD

George, you're going to give yourself an ulcer. I HAVE my EAD card for almost a month and my interview in 2 weeks, yet YESTERDAY and TODAY I have received email notifications of my EAD card being in production. Each email with a new date. My opinion is that they are actively working on your file and when they close it accidentally click something and you get another email.

Okay guys will try to calm down... I just wish I can get this process over with, it's. Hostile process ... I

4/02/2012 (Day 11) - NOA hard copies received (x3), case status available online & bio appt. also received, dated 04/12 @ 8:00 AM.

4/10/2012 (Day 19) - Case status online says changed to RFE received.

4/12/2012 (Day 21) - Successful biometric done.

5/11/2012 (Day 50) - Complete RFE (I-864) received. Case status online changed to RFE received.

5/16/2012 (Day 55) - Online case status says: Card/ Document Production.
