Is anyone going back to visit your countries after geting the GC?

Going back to visit miserable, rainy England? No thanks! The UK is the last place that I want to return from with my shiny new GC :rofl:

Now, perhaps some margaritas by the beach are in our future :lol:

Day 2: 02/27/12: Package arrived at the Chicago Lockbox.

Day 5: 03/01/12: Email acceptance confirmation received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765.

Day 13: 03/09/12: NOA1s received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. Biometrics letter also received and scheduled for March 27th.

Day 24: 03/20/12: Email notification for RFE.

Day 27: 03/23/12: Hardcopy RFE received in the mail.

Day 31: 03/27/12: Biometrics completed.

Day 40: 04/05/12: Mailed off the RFE.

Day 44: 04/09/12: RFE Delivered.

I know... maybe tomorrow I get the hardcopies!! :) I never got any email since i started this process, i always go see the website lol... first like u said was in card production then went back to decision and now again to production :D crazy game! but oh well happy anyway... I will be celebrating with some friends on thursday! :D

Congrats on your approval. You should receive the hard copies btw 5-6days and your GC in 7-9days based on recent's approvals. Visiting US neighboring countries is what I am planning with my wife.

Just show proof of I 94... So your the citizen?? Your duty part is approve... The I-485 is your husband part.. Adjustment of status they just need to see his I-94 that's all... But quick question when you initially sent in the adjustment of status I-485, you had to send a copy of your I-94 ? Since you didn't have it what did you send the receipt????

What's behind u not wanting to visit the UK/home country?

I'm still trying to convince my beloved to let's take a quick flight up North ~ Canada. On the side, the heat down South is soooo unbearable and miserable. Thus, thank God for sunshine.
