Idk I did take my lawyer he argued with the lady for 30 minutes but she wouldn't listen

Oh man now Im afraid.. Because my passport got damage in laundry, I forgot passport in my pants pocket and I did laundry... My I-94 was in my passport also... And I never applied for a replacement... I only have a copy that my mom took years ago just incase I lost it... I used my passport daily cuz that's the only proof of ID that I had... This suck I'm scared now... And I'm totally sorry... For what happen with you.... Hopefully you get the replacement and can prove it by Friday

So sorry to hear this. Was really hoping you'd come back with all smiles. Seems like that particular IO definitely had a bad night and a worse morning. Do you think you can get it before Friday?

Good luck!

I was sure all would be fine! I am on the phone with uscis right now because I feel like I wasnt treated fairly and I'm seeing if they can approve the petition by Friday! I cannot understand why a us issued visa isn't enough I cannot understand why the original passport with stamps n visa isn't valid alone with receipt notice for I-102 applied for in January! Nearly 6 months ago! I cannot believe she threathen to deny us!

I feel depress for you..... Immigration treats people like #######... Little that they know America was found and built on immigrants... It's a shame what They say on a federal note "money" IN GOD WE TRUST.... God made this world for his children wether good or bad.... He never said you need an ID or any sort of paper to move or live place to another... Shame

If you received I-130 approval, that means you were approve by the Immigration Officer at Newark,, she probably try to be mean and scare you to see if you were Lieing and how you would react ... Check I-485 status later to see if any updates...

I've always been curious about a replacement I-94 (obtained by filing an I-102).

Is it a complete copy of the original that was issued to you, or is it just a new I-94 containing the same information as the original did?

Hi!! My interview was last thursday... and I have not recieved my welcome letter yet.... how long does it take ? :)

Thanks!

Ale

Haven't you gotten used to this waiting game yet

FWIW, from my interview to receiving the approval emails was 2 days and from the emails to the hardcopies was a further 4 days. 6 days in total. So perhaps tomorrow for you as that will have been 6 days-- but as we all know, no two cases have followed the exact same timeline :)

And I just saw and it went to card production again LOL!

Likely tomorrow or Thursday you will receive the "GC mailed email" and probably the "USPS has picked up your GC" mail too.
