20 days after receiving 3 text messages and 3 emails, and I still didn`t get anything on the mail... :bonk:

I`m going crazy here trying to keep my cool...

Today I kinda had a thought that my letters could be lost in the mail box from my apartment complex, cos its a lil bit messy here, sometimes you find your mail in an extra box on the floor all mixed with the neighboors mail... sometimes you get mail from the neighbors in your mailbox... Its a mess...

Is there any way to know if I was supposed to receive the mail yet?

Like there is a number I can call or something?

As you guys know I said before on this topic my Driver`s license is expired, and I`m crazy to receive those NOA so I can TRY to renew my DL with the dmv.

If anyone know anything, please? Help me out here... :(

Thanks

Should be there any day. I actually got my biometrics appt letter before my NOA1 hard copies.

That's funny, all three of my NOAs and the Biometrics letter arrived on the same day-- I guess it just goes to show that there really is no pattern to this and things just take as long as they take.

FWIW, I will have the response to my RFE in the mail on Monday or Tuesday, my FIL said he will have everything needed in four days. Glad that didn't too long.

I just called the immigration number that they gave me and asked what happenned, the guy was nasty and he said that my NOA were returned because Neither me or my husband were registered at the post office to receive official mail. #######????

I dont even know what that mean. And he even said we need a identification on the Mail box, and probably if the mail box has only the number of the apartment they wont deliver.

Jesus, Why this is happenning to me?

SO STRESSED OUT

he said that I have to go to the post office to register and put identification on my mail box.

and that they will send my NOA again on the mail again and I will receive in 15 business days.

So that means, I wasted all this time, waiting, waiting for nothing...I have to wait more.

Again, it varies and there is no pattern.

Some people like VJ member TeamKatman got theirs in 29 days from the date they filed and Strumfulina received their card in production notice on day 58. Others however have have gone to their GC interview without ever receiving an EAD. So like most things with the USCIS, there is nothing definitive.

As a general guideline however, my RFE letter stated that they process the EAD within 90 days pursuant to Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 103.2(b)(10)(ii).
