Obamacare, as many like to call it, does more than strengthen the pharmaceutical industries, (though some might argue they will be worse off with the ability of the government to negotiate on prices). It adds significantly to the rolls of private insurance even as it attempts to curb many of their reprehensible practices.

Women in the military (anywhere actually) should probably just stay away from religious zealots determined to roll back the clock on women's reproductive rights and modern reproductive science!

I think that will be very effective for recruitment of the women who take care of the men who fight and die for their country.

Of course some of these same men will be married to military nurses and doctors - I'm sure they'll understand why they can't have sex with their wives any more.

As I said, we all make choices in this life.

The unfortunate side is everyone tries to turn their choices into something that forces another idea behind everyone's throat. If you don't like the rules of an employer, don't work for them. Plain and simple. Don't expect something to be offered so you can work for them, especially when it comes at the expense of someone else.

and until women are required by law to register for the selective service, they sure as hell shouldn't have a say in any matters in relation to the military.

The last time I checked everything about the military and women is voluntary.

By the same logic, military women who take contraception paid for through the taxpayer are "sluts" and "prostitutes"

Or non-elected government staff.

Or teachers.

Or public university officials.

Or police officers.

Or firefighters.

Just sterilize everyone.

Or only permit gay sex.

Or remove women from the public sphere entirely and keep them back at home where they belong.

Or tell men to stop being so promiscuous and deal with the consequences of their actions.

Rush Fumbled this one, had he not gone so overboard, the conversation the next few days would have been about how she was a phony set-up, portraying herself as some young Student surprised to learn she would have to pay for her recreational sex life out of her pocket. (The boyfriends rides free)

Now we know she is an active 30 yr old political hack who targeted this school after studying their Birth control coverage.

Private insurance and the mandatory coverages, etc.. Hardly strengthens anything and doesn't do a damn thing in relation to actual care.

Obamacare helps actual care a great deal for those who will now have coverage that were unable to get it before. Many people refrain from utilizing services they cannot pay for and a lot of care is unavailable, even through emergency rooms, for those without insurance or large bank accounts!

Men can't get pregnant. There aren't any consequences for their actions other than STDs. Any "consequence" of mens actions is government interference. Pregnancy is 99% the woman's responsibility to get or not get as such.

Men can't get pregnant. There aren't any consequences for their actions other than STDs. Any "consequence" of mens actions is government interference. Pregnancy is 99% the woman's responsibility to get or not get as such.

Ask all the guys on here who complain about child support whether there are no consequences to their sexual activity.

Pregnancy is impossible without a man at some point in the process. If men don't want to have children, they should stop having sex with women.

Perhaps you missed this part?

Again, there are no actual real-world consequences to men and pregnancy. Only women. Governmental laws are an interference in the natural order, not a part of it.

Being a college student doesn't make one a political hack either, But wrapping ones self in womens political causes might.

FRom the looks of her resume, we can see with her everything (including the issue of human trafficking) is mostly if not completely focused on women.

One could might speculate the woman is actually a carpet muncher...... which cast her concern over contraception even farther into the phony category.

Moral laws are not 'real world' they are an ever changing opinion. Many seem to forget that.

I'm not saying that I'm against such laws, I support them wholeheartedly because I believe if you get a chick pregnant you need to take responsibility.

However, in nature a man cannot get pregnant. Males have no responsibility. They mate and can move on if they wish.

Societal laws are what they are, but it's up to a woman if she wishes to get pregnant or not. Women constantly remind us of this when they want to have an abortion. Did you forget that part of it? I mean after all, it's all about the woman, unless SHE decides to have the child, then it becomes about the man. i/e - Woman are hypocrites.
