Anyone who can help me and give me some useful information about my case?

I got married with my USC wife in 2009 and the same year I go my 2 year conditional green card. On April 2011, we filed I-751 together, after that we had serious marrital problems and we are under processing of divorce now. I received interview letter from immigration office on Feb and requested us to show up on Feb. 23. I wrote the letter to immigration office and told them that I want to reschedule my interview date since I am in divorce process now. They agreed that postpone my case to May.

My question is:

Are they going to denied my case and request me appear in front of court if I apply to withdraw my I-751 application and give up my green card? Since I want to return back my my country next year and not coming back anymore. I don't care about denied letter, I just dont want to get deportation from court.

I think you can abandon your rights to your PR status if you just explain it to the visa officer. I'm sure he/she can give you some advises.

You mentioned that you have no plans to return to the US when you return to your home country. Why don't you go through with your divorce and interview, and keep your GC in hand? You will have lots of time to decide if that's what you really want later.
