Hello everyone,

My husband and I have been living in the US since almost 2 years so it is time to file the removing conditions for myself.

I'm in the process of filing the removing conditions for myself.

Im looking at the instructions on the USCIS website about the form I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence and I do not read anything about filing the form D-258.

But I read somewhere else that I need to file the form FD-258 finger print card.

Does it apply to my case? Do I need to file the form FD-258 as well?
