OK, so after reviewing everything, I have concluded that what I need most right now is to prove reestablishing domicile in the US, any suggestions would be helpful. So you know, I have been living abroad for three years

Here is what I can currently provide;

Proof that I have a residence in the US (I am still listed as living at my mother's home, I have bills, credit cards, drivers license, bank accounts, tax returns etc that are all current and all list this as an address.

Plane tickets showing I visited the US three times in the last three years and haven't cut ties completely

All my visas to the country I am in have been temporary (no green card like visa has been issued)

I have maintained two bank accounts in my time away

I can get proof of car insurance

If necessary, my Mom owns a business and could technically hire me (this business doesn't make much money as my Mom is retired but I could work as a "consultant" or something)

I am still registered to vote at my US residence.

What I believe is going against me;

While we will move in with my mom for awhile, this time will in all likelihood be less than 3 months, and we plan to move to a different state entirely.

I haven't voted since 2008

I haven't been employed in the US in that time either

I am not sure I can prove anything will be set up for her (she does intend to go to school but cannot apply until she has documented proof she is a PR or has an appropriate visa)

I do not own property in the US

I am 27 and don't really have a "profession" so to speak. I have worked as a teacher and in government, I will probably be doing the latter in the US in the form of NGO work, but will likely not have something set up until the process is near completion.

My questions are these

1) is this enough proof or is there something else need

2) do I need to provide this info at the I-130 stage or at the NVC stage? (I assume absolutely at the interview stage)

3) is anything that I talked about illegal

4) would this mean that my residence on the I-130 for should not include any of the residences that I lived at abroad?

I think you should be fine as you still have an official US address with bills etc. Moving a few weeks/months after arriving is absolutely fine, a lot of people stay with relatives initially then find their own place. Nothing illegal about what you are planning.

Ok so my next question is on the I-130 and the g325 should I list my addresses abroad, because those were never official with the US gov?

I'm kind of in a similar situation. I myself listed

my address in England on those forms even though

I'm not an official resident
