I'm not seeing any RFE's in all of my March 9th numbers... just one approval six numbers up, and one RFE six numbers down from me. :blink:

wow!!!! i was traveling back home to germany and not looking at vj much and then i just found out that vermont was working a LOT yesterday!!!! congrats to all the march filers who got approved and i am keeping my fingers crossed for everyone who is still waiting! seems like it can be any day now!!!!

You might want to read this...

Robert&Karina  My congressman told me that my K1 visa was approved on August 30th but USCIS lost track of everything until today. I lost 12 days time because of USCIS. If you are waiting more than 6 months for your NOA2 i would recommend calling your congressman to find out more information. Soon after my congressman called me this morning with the great news USCIS updated their website saying that my K1 was approved and is in post decision now.

How can contact a congressman?

You can google it, try something like "congressman" + the name of your city or county + your zip code, you will either get some pages from your local representative or at least the page from the congress where ou can search representatives. Here in Miami is a woman, Lleana ros-lehtinen
