Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Anyone else feel like a kid before Christmas...like it will NEVER get here? But think back to those days; Christmas morning always came and your gifts made you happy! For as long as we have waited, another couple of weeks isn't really long at all. One thing we know, IT WILL COME! :))

Ok, so now that I have given my motivational speech...is anyone else in a panic that maybe your forgot something or that you don't have all the correct documents!!! That just hit me a few days ago. It's worse than the waiting! hahaha!

Saying a prayer for everyone today. :)

02/29/2012: My first visit to Skopje

Nargie, your timeline of I-129F sent date is on the same day as me. Why your receipt date shows on USCIS is March 7 and not March 2? Did your fiance really sent it in on the 27th of Feb? We forgot the sent date, my fiance could have sent it before Feb 27, but I assumed Feb 27 as our sent date, maybe that's why our receipt date is 5 days different. Anyway, I really wish that you get approval without RFE very soon.

I sent feb 27th and my date is mar 7th too...

If we keep thinking about RFE, it surely will scare us the whole time. So just think in a positive way unless we forgot something important like statement of intent to marry or the petitioner forgot to check the box YES/NO if he/she ever been convicted by the court of law (I-129F Part C) I'm sure with that ones, RFE will be sent straight to us in the mail.

Nargie, we do appreciate your effort.........just relax and ease up your mind. If it's language barrier, I have to tell you that English is also my second language, so I do understand what you meant in that context. In your last post, I remember you mentioned you live in the underdeveloped country......., I think Cambodia is worse than Ecuador, and is where I was born and live.
