Mine has also been pushed back a day. Here's what I want someone to explain. How come a March 20th petition is approved, yet Kaaha (March 1st) is not? Is this fair? I'm very happy Marchies are getting approvals, but there is no logic to this process whatsoever.

thanks! you'll get yours soon =)..btw, my fiance and i were both from philippines =)hello, kabayan =)

by the way guys, im not sure if my fiance's phonecall for status update helped with our approval (he did complain for it has been 6 months) or just randomly out from luck (the day before we got our approval)..he talked to a representative in VSC and told him they were still working on Feb 6 approvals...(i guess, it's a pre-recorded reply, lol)

suprisingly, we got our approval the next day! Goodluck to marchies!

I've heard there are delays at NVC as well. Then, waiting for the interview. I'm planning on having my fiance here after his medical, to wait the 10-12 weeks for interview. Then we'll fly back together. Why not wait together? :)

I know it's not much help, but have you checked the other numbers around yours?

None of mine have been touched, save one RFE back on Aug. 28th.

I called this morning and almost started bawling... Said they're working on Feb 6. It's painful when I see a CSC March 12 filer going for her INTERVIEW today for K1 in Jamaica. Makes me feel like taking a personal trip to DC and seek out who can come up with a better process. This sure as heck SUCKS.

I check all of the March 7s on USCIS obsessively every day. Hahaha. There hasn't been any movement since the first time I began checking them a couple weeks ago. It still shows 4 in RFE and one approval out of 65 case numbers. :-(
