09/03/2012: I-129 sent

14/03/2012: I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

04/10/2012: I-129F NOA2 (Approved) after 203 days of waiting !!

09/10/2012: Package Received By NVC

Theyre on it , but its safe to say to not expectd anything until de 180 day mark. That seems to be the average for the latest March approvals

If it makes you feel any better, I've noticed a trend where there are very few VSC approvals showing up during the daytime hours and then people start getting home from work, checking email and coming here to update their timelines - and the bulk of approvals for each day seem to take place in the late evening and overnight hours. So don't be surprised to see several 09/05/2012 approvals later tonight/tomorrow morning. Of course this is just a passing observation - not a hardfast rule. Now, CSC on the other hand....I have no idea why they've started crawling.

You are correct. They must have all of the updates sent automatically at once, or some other person (chimp) who sends them out at night. Both times I had to contact them (spelling error on NoA1, change of address) they sent me a confirmation email around 10:00 pm EST.

I say chimp as I was venting to my two sons last night over dinner. I said I'll bet if someone went postal and slammed the door open on Vermont, all they would find is a chimp eating cupcakes, throwing papers and pushing buttons randomly. :rofl: Yes, I've lost it...

I wouldn't be surprised :) I'm refreshing Igor's list every hour... but that's true - probably we'll see some movement tomorrow morning or later tonight. And they even haaven't finished their work in the US. It's killing me that in Poland it's already 8:40 pm and they are still at work and I have to wait to see any progress :)

We are the same way!! Each trip over, we would house hunt. Found the house, thought for sure he would be over to move by the time we closed on it. Nope... moved but I refuse to decorate until he comes home!

Those positive thoughts of the airport are what keeps us going! :dance:
