Also, Ive been at the USCIS website checking the list of March 7th NOA1 case numbers for I-129F that nargie posted back on page 49 of this thread...

Here are a few statistics: There are 62 cases in that list - four of them are currently in RFE - one of them has been approved already. So, slowly but surely, March is being worked on.

Keep the faith, everyone!

Called my senators office for Texas. Going to have my privacy release submitted today. . My NOA1 was 12MAR but at the rate we're going it will be December 2013. We need a third party impact to change this problem

I was thinking if we all call our senators at the same time it will do something. So since if im in Texas, if like 10 Texans call our senators in the same day. The annoyance of taking phone calls back to back may get things moving...

OH MT GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just checked and we got approved!!!!!!!!!!! (after 171 days) i can't believe it! i checked the number about 3 times but it is really ours and we got approved without an RFE! i am shaking right now.... my fiance is on his way home from work and should be here within the next 10 minutes, but i couldnt wait and just sent him about 3 texts with my german phone.. hahaha....

seems like they are getting into march now!!!!! keeping my fingers crossed for all you guys!

(after 171 days) i can't believe it! i checked the number about 3 times but it is really ours and we got approved without an RFE! i am shaking right now.... my fiance is on his way home from work and should be here within the next 10 minutes, but i couldnt wait and just sent him about 3 texts with my german phone.. hahaha....

seems like they are getting into march now!!!!! keeping my fingers crossed for all you guys!
