I feel better when I check VJ and find some approvals , that gives me some hope :innocent: and I feel that Im not alone and the're a lot of people in the same situation

09/03/2012: I-129 sent

14/03/2012: I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

04/10/2012: I-129F NOA2 (Approved) after 203 days of waiting !!

09/10/2012: Package Received By NVC

We also called yesterday: very unfriendly guy on the phone, told us they were working on Feb 6, call back in the middle of Sep. I dont think we are ever going to call them again. Doesnt help at all and u are more frustrated afterwards than u were before. I think from now on we will just wait and not do anything... I can stay here in the us till late November, so i hope we will have it by the time i leave, otherwise i just dont know what to do anymore....

At least you are together. I guess you don't think about NOA ever day :) Waiting together is easier. Hopefully by the time you get back you'll be able to prepare for your interview. :thumbs: Have a great time in the US with your love

Yes, being together makes it sooo much easier and i am very glad we can do this. Its true, i am not thinking about noa2 24/7.... The day before yesterday i didnt even check Igors list before we went to sleep, Haha.....

Still keeping my fingers crossed for all of us to see some approvals soon... :)

Dont think it just popped up... As far as i can remember, weve talked about that one, because it has a Feb 12 sent date, but a march 17 Noa1.... We were wondering whether that was a mistake and they had actually received their noa1 in Feb....

Tin-Jen, I agree that calling them seems to be a waste of time right now. Have you considered a congressional inquiry? I think that this might help to some extent... and if it is just to direct some attention on the bulks of I-129F's that are locked away somewhere in Vermont.

Have a good time in the US! I guess I will have to wait another couple of months to see my fiancé again :(
