A petition from march 9th that's 4 away from my receipt number was approved August 20th. Further, the receipt number before mine received an RFE yesterday. Not trying to get my hopes up... But seriously I feel like its anyday now I'll either get an approval or an RFE. Hearing something is better than nothing.

I'm crying..... When will I have my nod2... They got my info on the 7th of ma

It really is any day now for us at the beginning of March. I've had no hope until this week. Perhaps that's because my woman's intuition is kicking in... Or I'm just setting myself to fall. But really I'm guessing this week or next week you will have your answer.

I'm so sorry you are crying. I know it is very hard to just sit and wait. You must miss your love, and that you will be able to actually live if only you'd get that approval. We are all here with you and understand your tears. Know that you are not alone. We will all get through this!!! I know I am one to vent and whine on here, but my heart goes out to you, as I can feel your pain. Try to stay strong. This is temporary!

I am just like you... I think it is any day now, yet I see the Feb and Jan people complaining and then I backtrack into hopelessness.

Keep going, Marchies!!

Don't bring reality into this! Lol from what I've seen you can't guess if you'll be the unlucky one who gets extra processing or a really slow processer. But in my heart of hearts... None of us Marchies are going to have past 6 months of waiting. They have all these new deferred action petitions coming in... They want to push everyone through to make room for the estimated 1.5 million applications theyre getting. I would totally just start stamping "approved" on people's files if I knew I had a storm coming in.

Haha yes, reality is a bummer. I agree. I try to view this as if it were my workload. I try to keep all of it flowing smoothly as to prevent a back log. And if I had a storm coming like they do.... oh, boy. Who knows why they got behind. Either their one and only 'good worker bee' went on vacation, or they had to take the Syrian protective visas as a priority (that I can understand - just be honest with us!). I also think that for some weird reason while the above delay was occurring, the Jan and Feb people were put on a back burner, and now the March ones are 'back on track', so to speak. Doesn't make it right and isn't fair, but I think (or I should say HOPE) what is happening. We are two weeks out from the six month mark. Unbelievable when CSC is cranking them out at 70 days. Let's all visualize the NoA2 in our hands, and maybe it will happen! (L)

I think at this point, with that huge workload coming up, , people getting RFEs are the ones with serious findings...I hope they just look away on small things :D

I was getting paranoid last night and reviewing everything sent in. I found on the I-129, in question #8, it asks the foreigner for his US Social Security Number or A# (if any). Every other field I had put either N/A or None. That one is blank. I hope that isn't an RFE...

I checked and double checked before it was mailed in. Only to realize a week later there were 4 questions that should have been n/a that we left blank. I knew my information was correct in the paperwork so all I really checked was to make sure our proof of evidence, and other supporting docs were filed correctly. So that's my only worry. But we can panic and pick apart our petitions way more than they might.

Very true. I think it's this stir crazy waiting that makes us rethink things, because I was very confident up till now. And the only reason I checked again is just because it would mean more delay. I think we're all getting a little batty at this point. :clock:

I think if you keep looking and looking, there will always be something minor that you find and that'll worry you about giving you an RFE. I've done that in the past, but have noticed that it just makes me feel even more nervous and stressed out about the process. Thus, I have decided to put away all the copies and just hope we won't get an RFE. And if we do... well, we can still worry about it then.

I got a heart attack when I read about this case from 2007, the petition got rejected because they put N/A in "Signature of person preparing the form if toher than above"... And it should be left blank... I think we put N/A...

But actually, I checked it a second ago and you cant type anything in the box "siganture"... hmm....
