Whenever i get approved, im not gonna make a new topic and celebrate out of respect for the other people here.

I saw just now someone got approved at 70 days.. Really?? I know theyre happy and all and its not their fault. But it makes us who have been waiting 5,6 months here even more frustrated

Sitting around waiting while other people get approved, and applied after you, is frustrating beyond belief. I can fake happiness for others but because i have waited so long.... The green in me comes out. VSC people we need to hear ASAP from you when you get appproved. That gives us proof that they are still alive and working. We have all the proof we need about CSC. Clearly theyre hyped up on caffeine over there. VSC wake up! Get a move on it!

It's up and down... get your hopes up... another day crawls by and you are just waiting... get depressed. Wake hopeful, the day drags...

I see its your one year of meeting today. Congrats!

Thank you!

When I first came on here, I would see people who've waited 3 months and cringe. Never had a thought we would have to wait 6!!!

I'm a huge planner. There is always a plan in my head. I saw their timeline of 5 months and planned for it. So we set a tentative wedding date (though in my planners mind that was the only date that would do). However, looking at their progress in Vermont... I'm having a hard time not being able to have a plan in my head. It's been 11 months since I've seen my fiancé in person. For his birthday I bought him an iPod because it has FaceTime so for the first time this month, after 11 long months... I got to see his face. :D Makes the distance so much easier when you can see each others smile. This will all be over before we know it. But we are living in it now... We aren't over the hump yet... So its all still lame.

in case you guys are interested, here's the movement ive seen so far:

i am watching all the march 12 petitions i could find (plus one from march 14... don't know why that's in there... haha). so: i am monitoring 155 petitions altogether and so far there's been this:

april 26:

1 approval

may 31:

1 rfe

june 28:

1 approval

july 2:

1 approval

july 10:

1 rfe

july 18:

1 rfe

august 2:

1 approval

august 6:

1 approval

aug 14:

2 rfe

1 approval (former rfe: response: july 27th)

august 16:

1 approval

and one petition was rejected.

i'd say the ones from april to july are probably expedites. but it seems like they are getting into march a little!!! (remember: i am only watching march 12!!!!)

Hi There,

Thanks for sharing - I have the feeling that we are really close to be approved.

I run some case # on USCIS website, approx 200-300 numbers backwards from my own case #, my eyes are so tired now :bonk:

I am not sure if i did it right, but what i saw was most of the case # are for"Form I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION", some are "Form I821, APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUS", i haven't seen ANY i129f petitions, only 5+ I130 petitions. But from some other people I saw that they found 50-100 K1 petitioners for each day, my first thought was WOW!! so many international marriage going on!!! my second thought was did I just not run through enough sample size, maybe I should of done like 1000 numbers backwards???

I ran a check on the March 9th numbers. There were 26 total, including mine, but all of them say "Initial Review" still

I am monitoring 42 petitions which are close to mine - there are 2 RFE from August 20. It looks like they are working on March!

I am monitoring 10 petitions with a received date of March 6 (around my received date; I'd assume they're all NOA1 date March 08 like me). So far no movement. I'm sure I could find more petitions for that date, but honestly I am too busy to look through thousands of numbers right now.
