I noticed they usually start seriously working on the next month, once Igor's list goes up over that 100 petitions line, with very few trickling in before that. So, as long as there aren't 100 Feb petitions approved on Igor's list i don't expect anything.... :(

I realize I am over prowling this thread.... obsess much? :blush:

But I thought I would share this to give us all a good laugh. Here's the updated processing times:

Take a look at he I-129 Petition for A Nonimmigrant Worker: Athletes, artists, and entertainers & Extraordinary ability. 2 Weeks?? Are they kidding??? And we're waiting months???

My fiance has extraordinary ability..... :devil: does that count?

Wow! They're still stating 5 months for the K1?! I am at a loss of words. Yet on the other hand when you call them they say they're working on Jan. 16 petitions? Doesn't make sense to me. My fiancé will contact his congressman and Senator as soon as we're over the five months + 30 days mark since NOA1 on September 07.

We've considered it too... You think it's worth contacting a Congressman?

I noticed the same trend.. Its just statistics but it kinda makes sense..I think theyre realistically starting on March now.. Perhaps we havent heard of any but one on VJ but keep in mind an average of 100 k1s a month only file on VJ. This doesnt mean March people are not getting approved already.

I think VJ March activity should be seen this upcoming week. Igors feb list is at 60+ already.

A lot of february filers dont update their timeline , this is the reason why we dont see any improvement ...

I think vermont starts working on March because last time i found a march filer approved in 2 july lol

I dont know how they are working ..
