As we are going to “ride” together in this journey don’t you think that it would be nice to introduce each other?

So let me start. I am the beneficiary Silviya from Bulgaria (26 years old), my fiancé is also Bulgarian (age 38). We met through a mutual friend on Facebook and instantly fell in love last year while he was here to visit his family. I am currently in Varna, Bulgaria and unfortunately he is in Florida. If everything is ok with our petition I am planning to move to USA and I cannot wait to start my new happy life with him. We are going to have a small courthouse wedding in Florida and a few months later a big ceremony in Bulgaria. Right now there is nothing we can do except to wait patiently while this process is over. He will be coming here after 3 months and two weeks and will stay for approximately 2 months. :dance::dance::dance:

Well, I believe I received either an NOA2 or the equivalent, as my packet is now on the way to the BKK Embassy (NVC Completed)

I had an expedite request submitted, but was never informed it was approved.

From K1 submission to US Citizenship- 2 years, 1 month and 2 days!

K-1 Process
• 6 MAR 2012 - I-129F packet sent via FedEx overnight •

• 7 MAR 2012 - Packet received Dallas, Texas
• 12 MAR 2012 - NOA1 (Notice by Email: routed to the CSC)
• 15 MAR 2012 - NOA1 (received Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797))
• 12 JUN 2012 - NOA2 (Notice by text message and Email)
• 23 MAR 2012 - NVC received/forwarded approved I-129F
• 25 April 2012 - Interview and Visa Approved!
• 27 APR 2012 - Collected Visa at Embassy
• 29 MAY 2012 - Arrival in US after two weeks holiday together!
*It took 46 days from NOA1 to Visa pick-up and we received our NOA2 two weeks AFTER her arrival in States!

AOS Process
• 13 JUL 2012 - I-485 packet received at USCIS
• 23 JUL 2012 - NOA I-797C received for I-485 and I-765 (we didn't do an AP)
• 10 AUG 2012 - RFE for Proof of Employment and Fed. Poverty Level/Support Requirement!(Active Duty Military but deployed last year with little taxable income to report)

• 16 AUG 2012 - USCIS received my RFE document response & Biometrics completed on same day
• 21 SEP 2012 - EAD Received after a total of 6 USCIS Status updates
• 8 MAR 2013 - USCIS received our AP I-131 Travel Doc that we didn't apply for initially (bad decision)
• 26 MAR 2013 - Email Notice that AP was approved
• 03 APR 2013 - Card in hand! (9+ months from application to receipt of card)

Removal of Conditions

• Skipped with Military expedite

Citizenship N400

• 20 JAN 2014 - Packet mailed

• 02 FEB 2014 - walk-in Bio appointment

• 24 MAR 2014 - Interview

• 08 APR 2014 - Oath Ceremony

Nothing happened to our petition yet, it seems. But the estimated adjucation date on the vj timeline changed again, and now says between August 2nd and August 7th instead of end of July :unsure: I must stop checking it :bonk:

I check my vj timeline everyday and it delayed for 2 days from the last time I checked, I guess that happens to all of us March filers!

3/29/2012- received and routed to CSC

4/3/2012- received notice by email and check cleared

xxxxx- waiting for the official NOA1

3/22/2012: Sent I-129F from Spain to Dallas Lockbox

3/29/2012: Packet received at CSC

4/2/2012: Touched

4/3/2012: Received Email notification of Receipt w/ case number

4/3/2012: Check cashed

4/13/2012: Received NOA1 hardcopy in Spain

7/19/2012: NOA2 approval (email and text notifications)

7/25/2012: NOA2 Hardcopy received

7/27/2012: NVC case number received

7/30/2012: NVC sent packet to US Embassy in Madrid

8/16/2012: Received packet from Embassy

8/23/2012: Received appointment letter from Embassy

Mine also got delivered on March 7....so, it looks like they have both in hand at same time! Awesome! We definitely have to keep each other updated closely :)

..Guyz count on me..March filer....

March 13,2012 = I-129F Mailed to Dallas,texas

March 15,2012 = received email from USCIS,that they got the packet

March 20,2012 = received email from USCIS for our NOA1,and they routed to VSC

June 28, 2012 = touch

October 03,2012 = F received RFE via text

Miew-Miew received our packet from the Embassy with our new case number and we have almost completed all of packet three. As soon as we receive the police certificate, we will turn everything in and get our interview. She has already completed the medical appointment.
