At 160 days. This means you are next any day now!

Ive been looking at all the latest people accepted even from February and majority (there are exceptions) range from 160 to 170 days for approvals. Theres a lot of 167-168-170 people.

Who knows , we might be the lucky ones that dont go past 6 months

While that is totally giving me false hope... I also feel guilty. How can they skip the Jan and Feb people?? Unless they have sent them to CSC and not informed them yet? Who knows. I am so sad today, too, for my love flew back to England yesterday. You, my fellow Marchies, are the only ones who truly understand this pain of waiting... everywhere I look, I see him, everything reminds me of him. So alien not to have his hand to touch near me, or hear his laugh. Sorry to whine.... Hope is what keeps us all going. That, and the lovely people on this forum.

I totally understand you. I saw my fiancee almost 5 wks ago. Im ready to see her again. Good thing she keeps me under control haha Cus is she would say, come tomorrow im going crazy, i would go crazy and catch a plane without thinking much about anything. The wise thing is to be patient of course as the time is near.

And you are not whining. I read your comments all the time and even you get frustrated at times though, like most us, you are not like others in the forum that seem like theyre about to completely loose it.

Hang in there, its almost time! And VSC like CSC are so unpredictable. All cases are different. Some are so complete they dont need to loose a lot of time analyzing them. You might get the notice any day now! or today..

Hey everyone! Just a quick update from my side. I have finally dropped pack 3 in the mail today and sent it off to the Consulate. I am still nervous and hope I haven't forgotten anything  But it's a really good feeling to have this off my shoulders. I was a little confused about what to send in exactly because I have read almost too much about it on here and the internet  They apparently have changed the proceedings a bit and I had to send in everything with the DS forms and the I-134, so it became quite a package. I was not sure if it was okay to send in copies of my relationship evidence, but in the end I did. I didn't want to get our letters and stuff like that lost somewhere on an office floor. I hope this is okay with them.

Funny thing was, they updated only a part of the German embassy website with links to the new documents. So when I proceeded from step 4 to step 5 and clicked the link for the check list there, it was a different one  So my recommendation is check the date on the bottom of the forms to make sure that you have the right one!

Good luck on your journeys, and I cross my fingers for some more approvals!

It really is a miserable wait. Very hard to believe it is so hard to bring someone over here. We all have our lives to live. We are all in a holding pattern and can't plan anything at all. Maybe I'm too 'old school'. If I get tasks to do at work, I get them done... yes, there will be more to take its place, but people are relying on me, so I get it done. Don't those people at VSC know that lives are literally waiting for them to get their work done?

They got their $340 anyway... so no need to hurry! The worst thing is that they don't care about your love and that you miss one another. Unfortunately all they care about are documents and forms filled out correctly :(
