March (2012) filers...

So according to Igor's list on VJ, VSC has released many march approvals for I-130 (IR1/CR1) and only two march approvals for I-129F (K-1), these two might have been of expedite case because I see a lot of people here are still waiting. I hope it won't take 6-7 months to get NOA2 and what if we ever get RFE it's gonna delay the process. The wait is killing me!!!.............I miss my other half so much.

While there are a lot of Jan and Feb filers waiting, and the early March ones were probably expedited or priority, it could be soon for us. We just don't know how or why VSC works. Maybe the one person who handles all of the 129f's was off on vacation during July? That might explain why they suddenly came to a screeching halt and are just now starting to trickle forward again. This is the hardest part of the whole process, I think, because you have to remain separated (unless you are wealthy and can afford to travel every 90 days!).

hi march filers. did anyone receive their NOA2 yet?

We did :)

I see you are also at CSC - when did you get NOA1? If you filled in your timeline, you would get an estimated adjucation date. Just checking that out every now and then helped me a lot with the waiting ... Sooo :time:

And waiting I am again, for USPS to deliver my fiancé's papers so that I can send off pack 3 to the consulate.

Go to that area of the forum for Singapore.

I feel like if we had gotten married first and file i130, he would've been close to bring here since VSC is approving those applicants within 2 - 3 months. Sigh.
