Just looked and 3824 is a i821 application for temporary protected status, 3823 is an employment authorization, as is 3821 And 3820 is another one for temp protected status. So those numbers dont have anything to do with i129 f.

My thoughts exactly! Do we dare hope? :dance:

to be honest: i don't... :( i am pretty miserable... on the one hand my fiance is coming over to germany tomorrow for 10 days and then 4 days after he leaves, i am going to go see him in the us for about 2 weeks, but on the other hand: it seems like my estimated timeline keeps running away from us... now it's september 5-10 (when we started it was july 18th!!!!!).

it seems like we're never going to get noa2 :( and yes, igor's list looks good for yesterday but then at the same time it looks horrible for wednesday... :-/

we're going to hit our 5 months mark on sunday and start calling uscis/senator/etc. on monday (even though i know their answer already - but they don't know i do, right? ;) ).

i just really want this step to be over!

has anyone else called them lately?

I hear you, my friend. Tuesday my fiance goes home after one month of being here. I will be howling and crying, I warn you now. :crying:

We hit our 5 month mark yesterday. I was planning on letting my grief out on them Wednesday morning. I haven't called yet. It's a double edged sword. You want to call and give them both barrels, but then you also worry if you call, would that make them 'accidently' lose your file for longer? :blush:

I so agree with you. We have paid our dues and waited the 5 months time. We should have our NoA2's now!

I don't think that calling them helps. We've called them twice and all they told us to do was wait. "We understand your frustration, sir." Ehh...

So according to Igor's list on VJ, VSC has released many march approvals for I-130 (IR1/CR1) and only two march approvals for I-129F (K-1), these two might have been of expedite case because I see a lot of people here are still waiting. I hope it won't take 6-7 months to get NOA2 and what if we ever get RFE it's gonna delay the process. The wait is killing me!!!.............I miss my other half so much.
